Günümüzde Tıp alanındaki teknolojik gelişmelere rağmen, son yıllarda kronik hastalıklarda ciddi bir artış saptanmıştır. Çok etkin ve başarılı ilaçlar üretilmesine rağmen uzun dönemde hastalık- ilaç kısır döngüsü ile başarı oranları düşmektedir. Fonksiyonel Tıp yaklaşımı hastalıklara neden olabilecek   kök sebeplerini bulmaya çalışarak, sağlıklı yaşam konusunda yol gösterici olmaktadır.

Fonksiyonel Tıp sağlığı korumayı ve yeniden geri kazanmayı hedefler. Bu hedef doğrultusunda vücuttaki sindirim, hormonlar, dolaşım, sinir sistemleri detaylı incelenerek enflamasyon giderici, metabolizmayı ve zihni güçlendirici öneriler ve doğal besin destekleri  sunar. Bu besin desteklerinden özellikle ilk 3-4 ay alışık olduğunuzdan çok daha fazla kullanmanız gerekebilir. Sağlıklı yaşama ve beslenme konusundaki destek ve önerilerden sonra yavaş yavaş azalır.

Fonksiyonel Tıp yaklaşımı, branşlar üstü bütüncül bir bakış açısı ile kişiye ait tüm bilgileri analiz ederek, çözümleyerek ve yol gösterici olmayı hedefler.
